He's Dead, Jim!

Published

INFO

This track represents my earliest experimentation with Techno. Think of it as a B-side demo that record execs should've known better than to ever stick on any anthology, no matter how bad sales are lagging. The instruments predate the genre's sound, but sparked my interest. More techno would soon follow.

Ultimately, Viacom would decline requests to license the audio samples heard in this track. Any plans to re-record the song for the proposed "Trekno Dance Party" CD fizzled.

I am so glad that you are alive and well. I have deeply enjoyed these tunes for a decade or so. The songs sound a little more tweeked than the last time I heard them but still gggreat!

Thanks, Pittsburgher! Everything from 1999 and prior was re-encoded to MP3 with what I can only hope, after ten years, are better encoding algorithms. Other than that, they're pulled from the same ol' WAV masters. I'm glad you've enjoyed 'em. I hope everybody likes the new, if slightly darker tunes. Ten years of aging will do that to ya. ;-D
